Praying for God’s people in the name of Jesus for mercy & protection against the continued onslaught of evil from the enemy.
I am praying that everyone is safe & comforted in these very dangerous of times. Missing my loved ones especially during the holidays. Not just the ones that have previously passed from this world but all my family & friends the enemy has separated me from that currently still walk the earth. This is where everyone should have drawn the line months ago. There is nothing medically sound about what those currently in power are doing to all of us worldwide & we have to passively resist them.
Thanking God for all of my blessings and knowing that Thanksgiving is not about food, parades or even family but a time to thank God for all His mercy & the gift of salvation to His people through our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are finding out just how true the Word of God really is right now in these end times (?) So much of what was written in the Bible has already proven beyond all doubt that Jesus the Christ really is the Savior of the world & therefore the Son of God.
There is a reason that the Godless heathen hates Christians & mocks Christ all the while frantically trying to remove any influence of Christianity from this sorry world. They know He’s the Christ or they wouldn’t try this hard. If these unbelievers really didn’t believe, they would not care less if we made fools of ourselves praying to our “invisible friend” as some call Him.
Important to know He is invisible to the unworthy. The ones with too much hate in their hearts & no room for God to dwell.
There is a reason that EVERY knee must bow & tongue confess that Christ is Lord. Look what is currently happening. God did not mean for this to be our life. If we all believed we would treat each other with loving kindness & not the fake plastic smile kind meant to make you look good to others. Real kindness with real love.
Giving glory to God. This was a very stressful week to end a very stressful month (not calendar month). I was at my breaking point when I decided to begin praying as I used to years ago. I used to pray all the time about everything but for various reasons, backslid to the point of my prayer being “as needed” only. Bad idea.
Prayer is good for God & for us because prayer is positive, hopeful, grateful & everything uplifting. This is what God meant for His people. Win-win. A relationship of giving & taking as in any successful relationship. So I began praying again for thanksgiving & to give glory to God in the name of Jesus.
The day before my miracles were received, I asked God for a miraculous resolution to two stressful problems that were going on in my life.
I can’t go into details of what it concerned but suffice to say that almost the very second I walked back into my door after resolving one problem, my cell rang with a resolution to the second one. I immediately thanked God because I believe these resolutions occurred like this to show the goodness of God in all His glory. Both problems could have turned out very badly for me but miraculously did not.
The power of prayer cannot be understated even when our prayers are not answered how or when we would have hoped for. It’s always God’s timing, not ours. It’s always God’s will, not ours but suffice to say the nature of God is “there is no good thing that he will withhold to those that walk uprightly.”
This scripture suits many who strive for power but are not fit for this kind of responsibility.

OK, I’m going to try to be empathetic with this one. I won’t call it a hoax because I believe it exists. I believe there is a virus that sickened some, I also believe it even killed some. Killed, as in the actual primary cause of their death…… AKA, someone who wouldn’t have otherwise passed away if it weren’t for this virus. So I’m going to go out on a limb here and risk a few more lost “friends” with this statement……. I honestly think that this whole chaotic mess will go down in history as the biggest, most costly, most fear inducing, most panic causing RUSE, EVER perpetrated against mankind.
It’s given birth to some really horrible offspring, some incredibly intrusive and invasive government intervention. It’s revealed our greed and our capability for hatred & deceit. It’s turned neighbor against neighbor, community against community, State against State, and even Country against Country.
This was a perfect opportunity to see what we were made of, if we would choose presumed safety over freedom, if we would choose government controlled privileges over God given rights, and most importantly, what we might be willing to trade off to make a deal with the “devil“. Honestly, LOOK at us…..
We bought out all the toilet paper, we bought out all the sanitizer and wipes, we made masks, we reported our neighbors and friends who didn’t comply with the “rules”, we even stepped 6 feet away from the people we shook hands with a week prior or even hugged.
As sheep, we got a 98 on this test, some even got extra credit for showing extra fear, but as humans and as a society, we failed miserably.
And as Americans, we totally failed. We come from bloodlines where when things didn’t feel right, we resisted, we fought and “usually” won. Oh sure, the Canadians kicked our ass one time, but today they’re much like us. But seriously, in a month or two, take a look back on how easily this divided us, not just nations, but even here in our own neighborhoods, even among families!
Remember the times when an emergency would bring us together??? A hurricane, a flood, a tornado or snow-storm??? I do! We shared EVERYTHING, took care of each other, made it all work out for all involved. We NEED to get back to that, we need to remember that we are NOT each others competition or enemy, but rather that we are friends and neighbors.
We really only have one common enemy, and that’s the one that want’s to divide us so it can more easily conquer us. Call it a virus, call it the government, call it whatever you wish…… BUT the bottom line is, for as long as we stand side by side, together, NOTHING has a chance. Look at history and you’ll see how wars were started. Yes, every single one!!! Turn one faction against the other and watch attrition take over. You pick, race, religion, politics, ethnicity, class or caste…… DON”T let “them” do it again, EVER!!!!
This is a comment I am adding: Many years ago I heard some pastor say that our current society is merely coasting on the fumes of their forefathers Christianity & when that is gone, we were doomed as a people. I agree. There is a reason that Jesus really is the Savior of the World for unless His commandment of loving one another is strictly adhered to, we haven’t got a prayer, literally.
I have hesitated to post anything since Halloween. I had mentioned that a family member was in the hospital at that time. It’s my youngest brother and the prognosis is not good. Apparently he is in late stage Liver failure and it’s more than likely due to his lifestyle when he was younger. I know he does drink regularly but many people do and don’t have this happen to them.
He has been a heavy drinker most of his adult life especially when he was in the lead singer in a Heavy Metal Band many years ago with a lifestyle that went with it. They played in many of the rock and roll clubs in Detroit and the suburbs.

I was originally told that my brother was injured when he lifted something heavy and tore his esophagus. This happened due to the thinning and weakening of the membranes making bleeding a huge danger. He must have already been quite ill for some time but never said anything, as many of us don’t until it’s too late. I have heard of cirrhosis of the liver before but never knew that it actually can make your body sort of deteriorate where you have bleeding all through your body, sometimes severe enough to cause death. I have been reading up on this condition to find out as much as I can.
He had emergency surgery on November 1st for esophageal bleeding, was in the hospital approximately one week recuperating and having more tests, was released and collapsed a few days later at home in a much worse condition with more widespread bleeding. He was in a coma for approximately 11 or 12 days and started waking up a few days ago. He has been in ICU because it does not look good, he could pass at any time. He was just taken off the ventilator a few days ago when I was there on Thanksgiving and it broke my heart to see my brother with tubes all over his body knowing any time might be the last time and having him plead with me to bring him back home.
He has no energy and kept saying “help me” and “take me home with you” in the tiniest whisper changing from lucid one minute to not making any sense the next. The nurse told me this was common due to high blood ammonia from the liver. When I had to leave due to the 2 hour drive back home before dark, he kept saying “don’t go.” Until a pretty nurse came into the room, then I could leave.
One of my daughter-in-laws was able to feed him a tiny amount of thickened liquid yesterday as well. He has a feeding tube and is not supposed to have much by mouth right now, anything can cause this bleeding again but since they can’t just have him stay this way in ICU, they are trying to see if he can tolerate stuff so they can eventually get him out of there and he can actually come back home.
One of the nurses said if he can get through this crisis and follow Doctors orders there might be a possibility to get on a transplant list if he gets stronger. If I qualify I would not hesitate to donate part of my liver. My liver tests looked good a couple months ago. I have hardly ever drank, smoked or took drugs my entire life so I am hoping that it’s a possibility though age is also a qualifying factor. I forget the older you get the less valuable your life becomes in our society.
If you really want to declutter for this year try throwing away Doubt, Worry, Regret, Bad Feelings & Fear. Try replacing them with Faith, Hope & Prayer!
Weight Loss
Smaller portions.
Increase exercise.
Adjust all recipes for less fat & sugar.
Most good, healthy meals don’t take many ingredients or need to be complicated.
Omit or decrease dressings, sauces & gravies.
Do not fry your foods, ever! I have cooked frozen southern style hash browns in my toaster oven with no oil a few times. I will sometimes coat them with a teaspoon but cooking in oil adds many unneeded calories.
I am not a raw vegetable cruncher. Adjusted snacks to healthy choices of just small piece of cheese, teaspoon peanut butter, Harvest Snaps, Creative Snacks Co Almond Clusters & dark chocolate.
Always remember that cutting things down is not only healthier for you but saves you money as well.
The secular world has borrowed and defiled many of God’s holy words and truths. Man is becoming famous for stealing the Words of God and pretending they are their own unique ideas to sell books or speak to the lost in our world. If you are knowledgeable in the Word, you will not be fooled into believing the false doctrine of others.
Many times I see just the word “Believe” on a plaque or canvas and I wonder, “Believe what?” You can believe anything but it helps to believe in the truth, always. People of the world feel foolish or simple-minded to believe in anything as simple a concept as “God.” They feel they are too intelligent and educated to be fooled into such a primitive belief. This is a world-wide belief as far back as man existed and continues today for good reason. It’s true. Is it explainable? Not really, but those of us who believe, know it.
Who can explain the spiritual truth of Faith? If you don’t have it, it does not exist for you. It is something between your heart and God and God cannot be fooled. It has to do with genuine love inside and need to humble yourself because you love and really desire God because you need Him. We all do need God but few get this because the world does it’s best to make you feel foolish in this desire by making you prideful and “empowered” within yourself.
Anyone that has even the slightest spiritual enlightenment or sensitivity knows that there is something more in our world than meets the eye. Many of us have experienced it and know there is another realm to this world that cannot be seen with the eye, but can be felt in the spirit. This is where your “good vibes” bad vibes” idea comes from and we all know this is true. Some are completely thick-skinned or oblivious to others “feelings” towards them while others pick up on that right away.
There is that feeling of peace and serenity with prayer and meditation and the unsettled or angry feelings that come with fighting and cursing. There are definite intents and intent is everything. Just like someone smiling while stabbing another in the back, literally or figuratively. Just because you are smiling does not mean you have “good vibes.” This is what many are finding out with those who currently control our mainstream media news, entertainment and governments.
The world’s art and entertainment has long been on a slippery slope of ugliness, negativity, hypocrisy, insincerity as well as perversion and downright evil. A society’s culture represents the society and right now it’s not good. Most people are basically still good, still pretty down to earth and knowledgeable BUT the media currently representing all of us does not represent us fairly or accurately for the most part because it’s only there to serve the needs of the few who control it.
Believe things are going to get better and then make it so!
I was walking down the street and found an invitation to a Christmas party to be held in a social services center in San Bernardino California for tomorrow. I think I’ll stop in and drop off a donation of some kind then!
