Weekly Photo Challenge: Narrow

Daily Prompt: Water, Water Everywhere

Soon there may not be a drop to drink.

Something to think about.

Daily Prompt: Fog

I love the look of fog, but never breath the stuff anymore.  Very bad for your lungs.  Rule to follow is:

fogglow

Never breath any air you can see!

I used to love the horror movies back in the day, usually foreign, that had lots of fog added for spooky effect.  I cared more for the movie’s atmosphere than the dialog and certainly like shadows and fog much more that buckets of blood, which by the way I think is the name of a horror movie.  The Fog was very eerie movie made in the 1980’s very well done.  I believe they did a remake years later which I have never bothered to see.  I have never seen a remake yet that I have remotely enjoyed.  They muck them up with so much needless gore that it’s just a waste of time to those not of a serial killer nature.

Weekly Photo Challenge: State of Mind

Scene from frozen this morning after an ice and snow storm.  More due tomorrow.

The poor little birds were still eating the ice-covered berries in the trees.

There was virtually no one outside today and so the birds were very active and hungry after waiting out the storm.

Weekly Photo Challenge: (Extra)ordinary

This has been an extraordinary Autumn for me.  It’s a glorious transformation from summer to fall in the country like this.  Helps me to deal with my loss and other changes I am still getting used to with something to be grateful for.  God is good!  Enjoy the last hurrah of fall!  As my about page states, look but don’t touch.

If you look carefully you will see something I missed when I took one of my water pictures poking his head above the water.  He blended right in!
