Knead til very smooth and let rest at least an hour before deviding to 8 pieces and rolling very thin to fry on hot skillet/griddle. Saute peppers and onion and add cooked chicken with fajita or taco seasoning of your choice. Wrap in the tortilla with any fresh veges of your choice.
