I have taken photographs of a number of yellow flowers this year. Yellow, also the color of many bellies lately.

It happens.

Whatever you choose to believe does not change the magnificence or beauty of our natural world. Every aspect of it. Man needs to learn to work with it, not against it or to control it. We don’t have that right or the capacity to understand what we are doing in this regard.

Happy Birthday

in memory of my dear sister Gail Lee.

We celebrated most of our birthdays together until she took off for heaven 6 years ago.

The collage below is how I remember my sister. I love her dearly even though her mood could change in a flash. She was under treatment for bi-polar disorder for most of her adult life, only relapsing during heavy partying times, especially during her younger years. Yes she loved acting “crazy” as I & most of our friends did when we were younger trying to cope with life in general.
